2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations only become confirmed once required deposit or payment (if applicable) is received by Loskop Valley Lodge.

Rates quoted are in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. Additional charges (meals, extras, services) will be added as indicated.

Payment must be settled by check-out unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at time of booking to avoid cancellation fees. (You can insert your own policy here — e.g. 24-hour or 48-hour notice.)

In case of no-show or late cancellation, full booking charges may apply.

4. Accommodation & Use of Facilities

Guests (and any persons they represent) must comply with lodge rules — including respect for property and other guests.

The lodge is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests may request secure storage.

The lodge may refuse or terminate accommodation to any guest who violates lodge policies or behaves in a way that disturbs others.

5. Liability & Indemnity

While every reasonable care is taken, the lodge does not accept liability for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property, unless due to proven negligence on the part of the lodge.

Guests indemnify the lodge against any claims arising from their misuse of facilities or breach of these Terms.

6. Use of Website & Online Bookings

The website and booking system are provided for legitimate reservations only. Abuse, fraudulent bookings, or misuse may result in cancellation and/or denial of access.

Information on the website is subject to change without notice. The lodge does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all content.

7. Changes to Terms

The lodge reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
