This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled by GS Web Studio. By engaging our services or making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

GS Web Studio provides customized, professional digital services. Due to the nature of these services, all payments made are strictly non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by GS Web Studio.

2. Project Commencement

-A project is deemed to have commenced once payment (full or partial) has been received and any preparatory work has begun. This includes planning,design, development, or research activities.

-Once a project has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Cancellations by the Client

-Clients may request cancellation in writing at any time.

-Cancellation does not release the client from payment obligations for work already completed or committed.

-Any outstanding balances for completed or in-progress work become immediately due upon cancellation.

-Payments already made will not be refunded.

In rare cases, GS Web Studio may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund if:

-No work has commenced, and

-A written cancellation request is received within a reasonable timeframe

Any approved refund will be calculated based on work completed and All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4.Deposits & Advance Payments

-Deposits and advance payments secure project scheduling, availability, and resources.

-All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether the project proceeds.

-Failure to proceed with a project after payment does not entitle the client to a refund.

5. Delays & Client Inaction

-GS Web Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

-If a project is delayed due to missing content, feedback, approvals, or extended client inactivity, the project may be paused or terminated at our discretion.

-No refunds will be issued for delays or termination resulting from client inaction.

6. Scope Changes & Dissatisfaction

-Refunds will not be issued due to changes in scope, business direction, or client preference.

-Dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund.

-GS Web Studio may, at its discretion, offer revisions strictly within the agreed scope of work.

7. Third-Party Services

-Payments made for third-party services, including hosting, domains, plugins, software, or subscriptions, are non-refundable.

-GS Web Studio is not responsible for third-party pricing changes, service interruptions, or policy updates. Therefore the client should contact the third-party providers and also read through their perspective refund and cancellation policy

8. Termination by GS Web Studio

GS Web Studio reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

-Payments are not made as agreed

-The client breaches contractual terms

-The client engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical behavior

-In such cases, all payments made remain non-refundable, and outstanding balances remain payable.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

-Clients agree to contact GS Web Studio directly to resolve any disputes.

-Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services.

-Any chargeback-related fees or costs will be the responsibility of the client.

10. Legal Compliance

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where refunds are legally required, they will be handled in accordance with such laws.

11. Policy Amendments

GS Web Studio reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updates take effect immediately upon publication.
