Kebotse Projects provides professional electrical installations, solar system installations, maintenance, and C.O.C certification. All work is carried out by qualified professionals and in compliance with South African electrical standards.
2. Quotes and Payments
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins, and the remaining balance is due before completion or final delivery.
If the monthly service fee (where applicable) is not received by the 5th of each month, services such as website management or system monitoring may be temporarily deactivated until payment reflects.
3. Ownership and Warranties
Materials and equipment remain the property of Kebotse Projects until paid in full.
Warranty applies only to equipment installed and supplied by Kebotse Projects, as per manufacturer terms.
We are not liable for damage or malfunction caused by third-party interference, misuse, or poor maintenance.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced.
5. Liability
Kebotse Projects will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., load shedding, supplier delays, weather conditions, etc.).
6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and designs on our website are the property of Kebotse Projects and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
