1.1. Water4U provides purified water, laundry and garment services, and homemade meals and treats.
1.2. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional policies we may post or communicate.
1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Purified Water Services

2.1. Our water is purified through a multi-stage filtration process to ensure quality and safety.
2.2. Customers are encouraged to use clean and suitable containers for refills.
2.3. Water4U is not responsible for contamination or quality issues caused by unclean or improperly sealed containers after refilling.

3. Laundry Services

3.1. All garments are handled with the utmost care. However, Water4U is not responsible for normal wear and tear, color fading, or damage to weak fabrics.
3.2. Customers are required to check all pockets and remove valuables before drop-off.
3.3. Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of collection.
3.4. Uncollected laundry after 30 days may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

4. Garment Alterations and Repairs

4.1. Alteration and repair work is carried out based on customer instructions.
4.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct measurements and requirements are provided.
4.3. Once alterations are completed, refunds or reversals cannot be offered unless there is an error on our part.

5. Homemade Treats and Meals

5.1. All food products are prepared in a clean environment using fresh ingredients.
5.2. Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
5.3. Water4U cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or health issues arising from undisclosed allergies or improper food storage after purchase.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1. Payment is due at the time of purchase or collection unless otherwise agreed.
6.2. Refunds are granted only in cases of service errors or defective products, at our discretion.
6.3. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Liability

7.1. While we take every precaution to ensure service quality, Water4U is not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, equipment failure, or supplier delays).
7.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific service rendered.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for service-related purposes.
8.2. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
