All services are provided as agreed upon in written proposals, quotations, or project agreements.

3. Project Terms

Projects commence once a signed agreement and deposit payment (typically 50%) are received.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness and project complexity.

Final deliverables will only be transferred after full payment is received.

Revisions are included as per the proposal; additional revisions may incur extra fees.

4. Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project.

Remaining balances are due upon project completion and prior to website launch.

Payments can be made via EFT, credit card, or other approved methods.

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension, or additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

Accurate and timely content, images, and information required for the project.

Access to hosting, domains, or third-party accounts when necessary.
Failure to provide required materials may extend project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All design and development work remains the property of Simple Software Solutions until full payment is received.

Upon final payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the completed website and content (excluding third-party materials or software licenses).

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Content and Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring all text, images, and materials provided:

Do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

Are accurate and legally compliant.
Simple Software Solutions is not liable for content supplied by the client.

8. Hosting, Domains, and Maintenance

Hosting and domain services may be provided by Simple Software Solutions or a third-party provider.

Maintenance and updates are only provided if included in a separate maintenance agreement.

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

9. SEO and Marketing

We aim to improve your online visibility, but due to the nature of SEO,
we cannot guarantee specific rankings or traffic levels.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related and business information confidential and not to share it with third parties without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Simple Software Solutions shall not be liable for any:

Loss of data, revenue, or profits,

Business interruptions, or

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use or inability to use our services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
In the event of termination:

Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced.

Deposits are non-refundable.

13. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once a project has begun.

Refunds may only be considered if no work has been performed and the request is made within 7 days of payment.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rustenburg, North West Province.
