3. Pricing, Quotes & Payments
-All prices and quotes are communicated clearly before work begins.
-Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change if project requirements change.
-Payments may be required upfront, in milestones, or in full, as agreed.
-Work will not commence or continue until required payments are received.
-Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of services.
-Payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to:
-Provide accurate and complete information
-Supply required content, materials, and approvals on time
-Ensure ownership or usage rights to all provided content
-Review work promptly and communicate feedback clearly
Delays caused by missing content, feedback, or approvals may affect timelines and are the client’s responsibility.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
-Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the agreed scope.
-Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
-Major changes after approval may require updated timelines and pricing.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
-GS Web Studio retains ownership of all drafts, concepts, and materials until full payment is received.
-Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
-GS Web Studio may showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
GS Web Studio may integrate third-party tools, plugins, hosting services, or platforms.
We are not responsible for issues, limitations, pricing changes, or downtime caused by third-party providers.
